RETURNS & WARRANTY

All memory foam mattresses come with a 90 night sleep trial. All air mattresses come with a 30 night trial. All returns must have an Return Authorization issued on or before the last day of your trial period. To obtain a return authorization, call 800-705-2056 ext. 2. A customer service representative will issue a "no-questions-asked" return authorization number. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on Air Mattresses returned, and return shipping only on memory foam mattresses. After trial periods, RestOnClouds will be unable to issue any refunds. All mattress topper, foundation, pillow and bedding sales are final. If you believe you have received a defective item and would like to exchange it, please contact a RestOnClouds Customer Service representative as soon as possible. For warranty information, please call the phone number listed on the warranty card included with your order. If this information is unavailable, please call a RestOnClouds customer service representative who will be able to provide you with the correct information.

CANCELATIONS

If an order has not shipped and you wish to cancel before 24 hours there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it there will be a $20 cancellation fee for orders under $500. Orders over $500 will impose a $40 cancellation fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped or if it is refused upon delivery, you will be liable for all delivery charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the product(s) back to our distribution center. A mandatory 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that qualified for free delivery.

All Cancelled Orders over $2000 will impose a $200 Cancellation Fee.
