The following shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the Continental United States only. Any orders outside the lower 48 states will be charged additional shipping after checkout.
Note: We can not ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to provide a valid address. Items shipped via freight carrier, such as Air Beds, and ThermoPlush mattresses are delivered on weekdays only. Weekend deliveries must be specified and will have additional delivery fees. Please contact us for more information. We do, however, realize that buying something that relies on your personal taste and comfort online can be a difficult decision to make. Our customer service team is happy to help you with this decision, but because picking a mattress is not an exact science, Rest on Clouds offers 30 Day & 90 Day In Home Sleep Trials.You will receive a FULL refund for your items once they are in the possession of RestOnClouds. Any free promotional items received with mattress will have their retail value deducted from the return amount. If you have questions, please contact a customer service representative. Please Note: All Returns must be returned in like new condition. Restocking fee, or denial of return may result if items are returned in poor condition. If, after 20 days, you are not completely satisfied with you purchase FOR ANY REASON, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return the mattress to us. We apologize for the inconvenience, but Pillows, Mattress Toppers, furniture, foundations and Adjustable Beds may not be returned. If an item is defective or if you have received an incorrect product, please contact customer service for immediate attention. Shipping & ExchangesMost orders from RestOnClouds.com will be shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please notify the carrier immediately. They will file an insurance claim for you, and we will get you a new product as soon as possible. If you have ANY problems with your claim, please notify our customer service department so that we may assist in the matter. Damages to foam mattresses do not happen often, but when they do we want to make sure our customers are protected! For large items, such as furniture, mattresses, and foundations, please check the packing slip or side of box to be sure you have received the correct item, color and size. If there is a problem with your package, notify a RestOnClouds customer service representative immediately. All items in need of exchange must be returned in their original condition. Cancellations: If an order has not shipped and you wish to cancel before 24 hours there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it there will be a $20 cancellation fee for orders under $500. Orders over $500 will impose a $40 cancellation fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped or if it is refused upon delivery, you will be liable for all delivery charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the product(s) back to our distribution center. A mandatory 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that qualified for free delivery. All Cancelled Orders over $2000 will impose a $200 Cancellation Fee.
Please note that UPS & FedEx can not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order. Freight shipments do not come standard with Saturday Delivery. *Customer responsible for return shipping fee. In the case of Air Mattresses, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Please note that pillows, mattress toppers, furniture and adjustable bed frames are not returnable. |
